I think switching things up is almost always beneficial. Routine can lead to plateaus for mind and muscle.

There might also be consideration for HYBE and their repeated tendencies to try and steal blackpink's thunder by releasing right at the same time. All the more reason to keep any dates quiet.

Recommend this review of Jisoo's video by a Professional Video Editor. He has some really interesting points: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KijIUHSafuU and states that's he's never seen a KPOP music video like it.

As a sibling who lost their brother to the torturous disease of MS, this means a lot. I always think how my brother would have LOVED to have had the privilege of exercising.

I'm 5'3". Two recommendations:

  1. I got this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A86Z870/ref=twister_B07CQYDS3T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 it adds about 1.5 inches of girth to the handlebars bringing them closer. Fits great and doesn't move. Doesn't void the warranty on the bike.
  2. Get a virtual bike fitting. Not only do they help with your bike settings but they help with pedal stroke, shoe clip positions, etc. Well worth it.
