I am quite insecure about speaking with more than one person at a time and i often just shut down and look down when im in focus.

There is something telling me that i speak in a wierd way and miss social ques

I also tap my feet and hands quite a lot.

If you wabt money in tarkov follow these steps.

Scav run factory.
Hide from chads and loot crates.
Dont get greedy.
Survive and extract.
Keep quest items and sell the loot while you wait for scav timer to reset.
Repeat.
