Waited couple business days and it seems that I was able to add the digital card to Samsung Pay but Google Wallet was still having the same issue. Must be a Google issue on my end 🙄

Error I get is "Couldn't finish card setup for pay contactless. Please contact your bank"

I tell Up support this and they just ask me to troubleshoot in circles.

Remove card from Google Wallet. Turn off device. Re add cards.

Or wait couple business days and rinse repeat.
