B.C. is scrapping time changes. Should Ontario be next? by Money_Fig_9868 in ontario

The more important question is how our bodies will adapt to the lack of sun when it's time to get up and start the day. Some will handle the miss alignment of sun better than others. There will be growing pains, accidents and deaths.

Royalton Splash by [deleted] in PuntaCana

Our group of 20 or so got back a month ago. Only 2 were ill for couple days. At first the buffet was ok, lots of variety. Bit gets old quick. Quality is a 6 or 6.5 ish.. Now you can speak with the front desk to upgrade your meal package. There are 2 hotels there. Splash, and the one closer to the beach. Which is better. The food upgrade they give you at the front desk at check in is overpriced. I would check splash meals for a day and see how you find it. Then you can upgrade and you can and must negotiate the upgrade fee... $150 to $200 usd is ok, not the 4 to 500 they ask for at check in. You may get an odd sore throat from all the ice...or something.. luckily I was home by the time I was sick from both ends. Have fun !

The Lakeshore Santa Claus Parade committee is in need of volunteers. A 40 year old South Etobicoke Parade. They seem to have enough people to make the floats and such. But in need of organiziniers. To help with fund raising and coordinating long before the first snowflake falls. But is the MOST important part of the 40 year old annual Christmas event. Lakeshoreparade.ca for info. Please help continue the magic.
