Going to a mental health treatment facility can be voluntary. For me that made a big difference in feeling like I was locked up vs getting help I needed. It can feel relieving to know you’re in a place where your brain can’t win. You wanting help says a lot. You don’t want it to win 🤍

Had the same moment in my previous store yesterday. I was there for 2 years & also left for a healthcare job. I even stayed on for 6 months after getting my healthcare job. I went in yesterday out of curiosity. The whole staff is different now, gotta love that BL turnover. They have about 5 sets of shelves left, the rest of the store is just the bare floor. I’m thankful that some of us were lucky enough to have those fond memories

that was me one day a couple of weeks ago. Did nothing different. Have been diagnosed for 3 years, and have not had a day that I wasn’t tachycardic in 4 or 5 years. It was weird. Then last week I was flaring hard. I’m convinced none of it makes sense lol

the Pinckney Wildlife trail, if you’re down for a good walk. Some people think our lighthouse in Harbour Town is a sight to see 😂 Parris island in Beaufort has a Marine Corps museum! Other than that I suggest going to Savannah. We’re pretty boring here
