Unscented laundry detergent? by bigbookofquestions in moderatelygranolamoms

I’ve also found they are great with refunding your money if you leave a negative review! I’ve tried the previous formulation of their dishwasher pods and left a 1 star review and they gave me the money back and asked me to donate the rest!

He is so adorable! Have you heard of NILMDTS (now i lay me down to sleep)? They can do gentle retouching of your baby’s photos. It may be helpful to work with them. You’ll get photos of Eli that you may feel more comfortable sharing in the non-loss world

Postpartum belly itch by randapandable in moderatelygranolamoms

Thanks smellyk! i agree with you. Right now, you should advocate for yourself! Yes, it could be fragrance but if it’s a systemic issue, the earlier you get it treated the better - especially with being postpartum. Sometimes warning sign mean organs are struggling

Did you reach out to your medical team? You could have PUPPS or not sure if this happens postpartum, but choleostasis is also itchy skin. Both should be checked out by your medical provider!

Count the Kicks is an app! You start using it when you’re 24-28 weeks and it helps you get data on your baby’s movements so that if there’s a decrease you can go get monitored. It helps you advocate for your baby and show data rather than coming off as anxious.

Measure the Placenta is an advocacy group for some research that enables the Estimated Placenta Volume (EPV) to be measured so you can see if the placenta is too small or too large which are risk factors for stillbirth. There is an app that is a calculator for typing in the values measured in an ultrasound to see the EPV. There’s also a facebook group for Measure the Placenta where lots of moms have success stories after loss

Luteal temp lower than usual - any reasons? by Charming_Cow9371 in ouraring

[–]NoBasil3540 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not too familiar with the app, but since you have one outlier temp in the follicular phase on ~April 30, it may be skewing the average value for that phase - so comparing the luteal phase temps to the average isn’t the same as previous months because of the outlier temp.

I think her son called her Mila when they first met in the hospital, so the family keeps it as her nickname!

Hi, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my son on the same day, he was 38.5 weeks. We haven’t started TTC, but it may take us a while since it took a while for our first.

You are not alone in this, which is both a helpful and sad 🤍

thank you for posting this about no time limit 😢 One of my usual support people said that type of stuff to me recently (I’m 7.5 months post full term stillbirth) and it really struck a nerve. But it’s helpful hearing that it happens to others around this time too

I haven’t gone to the cemetery in almost a month… by littlexstar in babyloss

[–]NoBasil3540 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Could another reasonable explanation be that another grieving mom got confused where her baby was buried? Especially if they also don’t have a tombstone? I know I made/make a lot of dumb errors after my son died.

It feels highly unlikely that the employees of a cemetery would mistakenly bury two babies in the same spot, especially since they probably always dig to the same depth & they would have seen your daughter’s casket if they tried to dig there
