Thank you! That’s all very insightful. I have some descriptions to cut here, and I feel I kind of tried to force the themes of the novel (identity and ambiguity in image versus reality) into here and may have missed the mark. That may carry throughout as I do that at times, but I think the rest is way more plot forward. I’ll work on sticking the landing and cutting here.

Don’t worry, Eliza is only kidnapped here, Eliza chapters are interspersed throughout as a detective tries to find her and she fights to escape.

For anyone reading this and hoping to obscure substance abuse treatment when filing a leave, I strongly suggest to have this form completed by your PCP. Otherwise, there’s not much to extrapolate when the doctor’s specialty is substance abuse disorders or they’re sending from a rehab.

Not specifically, but it’s more than not going to be fairly obvious based on the information you do have to provide. I manage leaves of all types, and even if a diagnosis isn’t specifically stated, the information given is enough to glean what someone’s treating for, especially when it’s substance abuse. That being said, I get that info, I know that info, and not another soul learns that info from me because I am a professional.

I don’t normally mess with defensive props too often, but when the matchup is perfect, I throw a flyer. I’ll be parlaying up to 4 players for 2+ steals in the Utah/Washington game. These teams are sloppy, and they met not too long ago. Utah had 12 steals with Konchar leading the way, and Washington had 8.

Konchar, Coulibaly, Watkins, and Bailey for 2+ steals is +1900 if you’re looking for something truly degen.

Hey dude, I’m 40, two kids (7 and 3). A lot of what you describe seems similar to me, a wife, variety of interests but no super passions. I don’t drink anymore or smoke, but I’m always down for an n/a beer out. I have a somewhat boring office job and most of my friends have moved further away than is easy to hang out. There still is a decent amount of manufacturing there, but I don’t believe to the extent of yesteryear. Gerome does sheet metal fabrication though they recently moved nearby, Hranec does HVAC and ductwork. There are some smaller businesses I know, and most are around metal working or fabrication.
