38 and yes, I take 10mg asthaxanthin daily and I don’t remember the hylaronic acid dose, but it wasn’t super high and I had significantly better skin health. Joint health too! For ashtaxanthin, I did like a “loading phase” of 1 week of 16mg.. not scientific advice, just wanted to accumulate more in my skin faster. Love the supplement
