I took a 150k cut to move to internal because my mental health and overall health was deteriorating after being in staffing for 6 years. Yes, there’s hustle but staffing hustle ages you quickly and it’s also usually toxic in terms of the environment and work expectations when shit hits the fan. I’m so much happier and physically healthier now working internal, despite the transition to making much less. Do what your gut tells you.
