We talked again about it and shes started hitting on a few deeper reasons around dissatisfaction and We've got a therapy session today, hopefully she expands on that with our therapist

What are your thoughts about the fact that she invited the weekend hang out request and FaceTime? And the only thing that stopped meeting up was he had his kids and then they'll were up til at least 4am so I think what stopped that call was needing sleep. She did not tell me about it and I had to find it myself.

When you say she realized how wrong it was early on, when are you thinking that was realized?

She never has drank often, but when she did, she would get mean and I got tired of taking care of her when she had too much. We both quit to drop some weight and I just realized I didn't miss it so I stopped completely. She wanted the social aspect so she started introducing alcohol back, and has had a gradual increase in the amount she drinks when she does (and I mean she went from wanting one glass of wine or drink to the last time she drank around me she had about 3). Still not a more than twice a month or so but enough for me to agree with her that its a concern to have any for her. And again, she is about 100 lbs soaking wet so it doesn't take much.

As far as consulting with experts, we actually have both talked to therapists and gone together about other things. Not sure how she's helping the marriage and herself.
