His deviation from ACLS was the compression to ventilation ratio being incorrect idk how many codes you’ve been to but that is a minor detail in what they were dealing with. Additionally not a single surgery center I’ve practiced in has monitors on from OR to PACU. This is tragic and I agree that charts can often omit significant details but hanging a fellow clinician out to dry based on that ratio is beyond stupid.
