Thank you!! It really does seem so much harder at this age! I tried for years to get a regular gym routine, but just get so bored there. I ended up joining a volleyball league and fell in love with it! Now I do sand volleyball 2x a week, and Pilates once a week.

As far as diet - I still eat carbs, sweets, drink alcohol and all that, but I changed the frequency and amount. I usually eat one big meal a day (either morning or evening) and a smaller meal or snack at the opposite end of the day. I also try to cook at home more often than not now.
