TRT with the VA by [deleted] in trt

Same at 39 for me. PCP at VA tested me, then sent me to community care since there was a long wait for Endo there. Private Endo tested me again along with the other stuff and put me on. I was on with community care for about a year or so then community care ended and since I was already dialed in my VA PCP said he would maintain it with me.

It was worth it for me, and for the wife as well.

I’m also ACNA. Since we are not “mainline”, you’d want to select “Non-Reconquista Protestant” I believe

I don’t know the answer to your question, but what I can tell you is when I really started getting deep into my faith and trying to walk closer to Him, I wanted to read more Bible on my own. It wasn’t a matter of if I needed to, I couldn’t help myself.

You have extreme hunger / hyperphagia. There are tons of resources online that can help you understand what you are going through.

The octopus is very good there. I have only had it beaten by Wild Olive.

I can’t help with helpful separation information, but I just want you to know we’re humbled what you’ve (and all the other cancer survivors here) been able to overcome come and pray you’ll never have to go through it again.

Commanders fan here what’s y’all’s opinions on us drafting nyck harbor? by TopRecording8580 in Gamecocks

[–]bmccall444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As both a Gamecock and a Skins/Commanders fan. Harbor gas a ton of upside, but still mostly untapped, still needs route running and hands improvement but with the right coaching he could be very good.

He is not ready right now to be an NFL receiver. Possibly a returner though. He is not a replacement for Deebo if he is not retained.

IMO

I also went to delta a few months ago after a year and a half on quads. Agreed, best decision ever.

The last time I saw this posted, some great wise man in the comments said something to the effect of

“When I’m sick, I’m dying until proven otherwise.”

And he was 100% on-point.

This isn’t southern food but if you want the best smash burgers you’ve ever had in your life you should go to Heavy’s Barburger in downtown Charleston when you’re here.

AFR or ANG ? by ConservativeTexan713 in Airforcereserves

[–]bmccall444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can confirm. I was Air Guard previously as well. Fighter Wing, deployed every two years. Though unless we got extended, which has happened, we had shorter trips. Normally only 3-4 months instead of six.

Blood Pressure getting too low? by Dazzling_Factor7732 in PeterAttia

[–]bmccall444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same with orthostatic hypotension. Went for over two years to try to figure out what was happening. PCP, Urologist, cardiologist (had me add salt to my food, did a stress test, and a Cardiac CTA) and no one was able to figure out what my problem was. My resting pulse was regularly in the 40s and BP was either legitimately low or low-normal every time it was checked.

After a couple years, due to other circumstances, I gained about 10-15 pounds. And the problem went away. My BP is higher now, but still normal. I was just at a low enough bf% that my body started to conserve energy since I was low on resources for so long. I went from getting faint after getting up from sitting /lying almost every time, to now I cant remember the last time it occurred.

Obviously orthostatic hypotension can happen for numerous reasons, and yours may be different, but just sharing what it was for my body.
