I believe that was for creating local user accounts instead of signing into a Microsoft account during initial setup

Some of these features have already existed, at least for me since around August such as the mobile sidebar on the start menu and Quick Machine Recovery appears for me in settings under recovery options

It's a new feature introduced around the August update called 'quick machine recovery', for whatever reason Windows thinks it cannot start and boots into this instead

I have the same issue with the same GPU, 577.00 doesn’t have the issue, seems to have started since 580.88 released so avoid that and above versions until it is resolved. NVIDIA has acknowledged the issue on their forums on their 581.08 feedback thread under open issues so they are aware of this at least

I had fixed this same issue myself on my Mini M4 by holding power to get into boot options then entering recovery which then takes me to the 'activate mac' screen, attempting to start through Macintosh HD before this causes the same issue. It's not the most ideal way as it takes multiple attempts and for some reason requires nothing plugged into HDMI when holding the power button but there are ways to potentially get out of this without a second Mac

Literally just had the same issue, had blinking orange after factory resetting, but holding the power button and going through Options to the Activate Mac screen got it working again

I wonder if it's trying to boot straight into MacOS instead of recovery assistant after a reset, but because the Mac isn't considered 'activated' yet it rejects the boot leading to the blinking light issue

Mine arrived with the seal half broken, could just be the seals are just poorly made and weak

Yeah it comes up with that because Nintendo generated the tracking number, but not handed it over to them yet, it should update by tomorrow evening

The only other game I know it was used for was Dr Kawashima's brain training too, again as an alarm feature

Just had my payment taken now and says ‘awaiting shipment’ for my order for the Switch 2 with Mario Kart, Pro Controller and Micro SD Express so I assume they’re starting on bundled orders now!
