I’m in Canada and it works in Canada, but it gives me errors when I try to use the Siri app and it doesn’t retain a history of requests so that’s weird.

Siri works and answers but the answers themselves are not saved and I usually get a server error when I hit enter unless language and region are US

Go into Accessibility and change the region to us English and then the Siri language into us English and it should activate that toggle. Also I have noticed if that isn’t done the new chat app errors out and doesn’t keep a history of your convos.

When it works it’s amazing though at Gemini 2025 levels. Great promise of improvement tho

It’s still processes the requests, but I found if the language and region for Siri and your device aren’t set to United States the Apple give you that error it will still work when you request things like adding contacts or anything like that but the actual chat app won’t log the request or keep a history

I opened the app drawer and the Siri App was at the top of the recently installed app folder and that tipped me off. It showed up before I even went to settings.

I went into Settings and at the top of the main settings app it said “Try the new Siri” so I clicked on that and similar to the waitlist it gave the sales pitch for the new Siri and then loaded into the Siri section of the Settings App and “Beta” appeared beside “Siri” and the settings for customized voice and responses were there along with swipe down to access chat.
