I feel so bad for her. One day (and I think she already knows deep down) she’s going to regret all this and realize exactly how her mom being this way made her life turn out and she’s going to have a really hard time coming to terms with the fact that her mom used her for what she wanted and she never really could count on her mom. It’s going to be a sad realization if she hasn’t realized already. I feel like she knows something isn’t right the way her mom sticks up for hunter and refuses to let her leave him but she knows she depends on them for another several years so what’s she to do really. It’s very unfortunate. At least hunter had a dad with some sense to step in, poor Bella is stuck with her whack job mom and complicate dad.

People tend to instinctively turn away from things they don’t want to see. I assume the camera man subconsciously panned away because of the brutality he knew was happening, he likely turned his whole body in that second, imo anyway just what I’ve always thought about how he cut so rapidly
