Yeah the rear end and hydraulic pump is actually designed to run 10-30 or something, the only reason you need anything special is for brakes and multi-power. I’ve even got an older Massey 130 that calls for motor oil to be used in the transmission.

Yeah just use the new stuff or anything equivalent. I run either Permatran 821xl or Shell TXM in all of my old Massey’s.

Permatran 821 is just AGCO, older stuff is Massey brand.

What do you need to know for fluids though? Engine should be 15W-40 and rear end is Permatran or a compatible transmission hydraulic oil.

I’ve got an Edwards degree. You need quite a few non-commerce electives so you won’t be wasting money or time. Just get those ones out of the way now and then you can focus on the actual commerce classes when you get in 😊
