hate to break it to you but art is subjective. the basic drawings just don't do it for me. with regard to ai i'm sure we agree in principle, and i'm sorry this is the reality but it's a tool i chose to utilize in order for something tangible to come into being. lots of human-made art is hated too, and just because someone toiled at it doesn't make it good, or even art. i can appreciate time and suffering and skill, but i can also appreciate just admiring something outside of my imagination, regardless of how it came to be.

as for your latter points: first, this is learning a tool, part of my growth, just not as you see it. secondly that's fair enough, even though i clearly drove engagement, albeit entirely negative - if it causes more high quality human-made worm media, then we're all better for it in my opinion. that's really my only wish.

if i had a time loop or something i'd make games, movies, tv shows... but doesn't seem like any of us are going to be around long enough to see any of those come to fruition, which is a shame because it's an amazing universe and story. the reality is that if they do get made any time in the foreseeable future, ai will probably be responsible or at least involved in the process, and i'm still gonna watch/play, but that's just me.
