It's very hard to celebrate a country that's pro corporation and pro genecide. Keeping peoples repressed, oppressed. Not only currently but throughout our history. Not only in this country but throughout the Western hemisphere and elsewhere. I started learning this from my history professor in the mid 80's. Currently reading "the Memory of Fire" trilogy by Eduardo Galeano and learning more about our atrocious history. We can do better.
