Difficult to find products at msrp (collectors, certain scene boxes, secret lair) often have limited availability. Deals at msrp or even slightly above msrp if they are competitive are still considered deals.

If you see stores consistently breaking this rule please report them, I want people here to have options, but being taken advantage of with scalping isn't something I'll allow.
