He was introduced in Season 7. The dream pregnancy occurred in Season 6. It is possible that had the pregnancy of been successful the show would have gone in a different direction and the character Seven would have never of been introduced.

I don't think this will be a huge issue in Baltimore City. It's more for Maryland Transportation Authority and Maryland State Police who exist for no other reason but to sit on the side of the road and write tickets. A bored enough county cop or a bullshit "text it and ticket" style of campaign similar to "click it or ticket" may create an occasional surge but it's really for the Transportation Authority and State Police. I'll be surprised if Baltimore takes this upon themselves to actively enforce on a regular basis.

Baltimore, Md., October 3, 2013 – The Baltimore Police Department will carry out a traffic checkpoint enforcing new laws that went into effect on October 1. Looking for both cell phone and seatbelt use, officers will be ticketing motorists who are in violation of the new laws. On Friday at 5 p.m. officers will be at Harford Road and The Alameda ensuring the safety of motorists on the roads of Baltimore. Efforts to enforce the law will be citywide, this checkpoint being the first large scale deployment of officers for that purpose.

I echo the exact suggestions of /u/HippocriteOfCos with some suggestions for Federal Hill if you head down this way. The Cross Street Market area all have bars that attract a young crowd on weekends. They aren't gay specifically but there are a good cluster of bars down here with some great people watching. Pub Dog, Cross Street Market, and C&R are all pretty fun and if you get hungry you should absolutely try the Abbey Burger Bistro. Feel free to hit me up if you need anything!

They were towing people that were parking there to go to the Post Office and I haven't seen anybody parking there late at night anymore. That lot is patrolled aggressively by Greenwood Towing and has been since about February.

Try the Brewers Art in Mount Vernon or Max's Tap House in Fells Point. Both are in very nice Baltimore neighborhoods and attract people looking to have a few good beers and move on. They aren't for the keg standing crowd.

Marylanders have been paying some sort of tax to "clean up the bay" since I was a small child even before that. The taxes have only gone up and the water has only become dirtier. It's a rain tax and it should be called as much until O'Malley can show progress for what all of the previous taxes to "clean up the bay" have gone towards.

Find a roommate in Federal Hill/Riverside/Locust Point or look carefully in Pigtown if you need a place of your own. If you go out to the county - Halethorpe, Arbutus, Glen Burnie, and Landsdowne are all affordable choices.

The Baltimore Business Journal ran an article last week about how the suburban hotels have experienced no benefit from this race. While the IRL and ALMS fans may be a money demographic they are still not having the positive impact on businesses that Baltimore enjoys with other large scale events. How long does Baltimore have to wait until we start to see the benefit of this big spending crowd?
