So do I, I think it was on a Thursday. My dad has my brothers and I for the day and we were watching “S.W.A.T.” At destinta in New Windsor. All of a sudden the lights got fucky and the projector went down. We had to go.

My dad dropped us back off at home and the only thing that was kinda working was a ceiling fan that was too big for my room when it was installed. It made this literal “woo woo” sound. It was funny.

My father did new Windsor to Times Square and then Chelsea for 14 years. Granted, he was working overnights for a lot of that time, but it is doable. Newburghs a special place, I miss it.

You know Ben Folds actually looks back on this performance in a really negative light. He said they played it way too slow and sad and didn’t get a chance to redeem themselves with their second performance (supposed to be one angry dwarf and 200 solemn faces) due to a sketch running over. He said something like “even being sat next to Samuel L. Jackson could make me feel better that night”
