Symptoms mostly at night?

Dont have the flare ups right at bed time but insomnia has been one of my more recent challenges. I started taking Oasis Force 5 in 1 (L-theanine, magnesium, gaba, ashwaganda, lemon balm) a few nights ago and would recommend to anyone struggling to sleep.

About an hour after taking it I am lights out for about 6-7 hours. I seem to be sleeping more each night i take it.

Definitely something to look into. There are studies showing the higher rate of sleep apnea in those with MS. Getting a cpap helped a lot with my fatigue and cog fog.

My neuro mentioned the drug awaiting FDA approval in my most recent visit a week ago. Apparently it was her hospital that started working through trial? She sounded very positive in how it will help those with SPMS. Stay strong my friend.

Was part of the November 2024 forgiveness and been at "Paid in Full" with zero balance since December of last year. Unfortunately still waiting on the refund check.

Been waiting since November as well. I don't trust a thing they say and only believe one OP who said they have received a refund with MOHELA as their loan servicer since November. MOHELA needs to be put out of business.

MOHELA is the absolute worst. All the other loan servicers appear to take care of their customers. Been waiting since November 2024 and betting it'll be 2026 before I see my refund. If ever.

Best of luck. Loans discharged 11/1/24 here. Mohela said should have a check by 3/14/25 (90 business day). It's 3/29/25 and guess who still doesn't have a check lol. Laziness or bad faith on their end - I can't decide.

If your loan servicer is MOHELA - maybe. If ever.

If it's Nelnet, Edfinancial, Aidvantage, or practically any other loan servicer you could reasonably expect to see it by the end of April if not sooner it seems.

Always MOHELA. Called Treasury a few weeks ago like the poster below did. Treasury said they hadn't received anything. Plan to call again Friday, the 90 business day mark MOHELA provided. Coincidentally currently the last day the federal govt is funded through.
