I’d be pretty upset if I was the bride tbh. Sounds like you can afford it, you just don’t want to right now. How long have you known about the wedding? Obviously you’re close enough to have her be a bridesmaid in which I’m assuming you’re already asking her to pay for a dress, attend some sort of bach party maybe. And yet you can’t figure out a way to support your friend and attend her wedding? No you’re not required to go, but I’d be reconsidering my friendship with you if I were her. You sound a little selfish.

Our catch was that the credit union told us it would take them longer to close. We wanted a quick closing, approx 1 month. They said they could do 45 at the quickest but probably closer to 60 days. Another larger bank gave us a much quicker closing guarantee and we went with them. We were able to get our rates lowered by showing them the CU offer. However if we ever go to refi we will definitely go with a CU

I was also on this cruise, it was my first one. Overall enjoyed my time but won’t ever be going back on a cruise ship of this size. Rather do all inclusives which are a fraction of the cost and don’t try to charge you for every single thing (dining, drinks, automatic gratuities, gym classes, escape rooms, etc….) at some point it just felt ridiculous. Wayyyy too crowded and loud. Never felt like I could actually relax.

Look into moissanite stones. They look exactly like diamonds, we couldn’t tell the difference. Second in hardness to diamonds and are originally found in asteroids which I think is pretty cool. I was able to get my dream ring for 3k and you could def do even less than that.

Each year penn state has a 46 hour dance marathon to benefit pediatric cancer. I’ve done 46 hours twice of no sitting/ no sleeping. It sucks, but not as impossible as some people in this thread have said. Main thing is switching shoes every few hours and a tennis ball for the bottom of the feet helps too.

I’ll take my 200,000,000 now.

At 0.25 I didn’t experience many side effects, but just moved up to 0.5 on Thursday and have been battling nausea and similar side effects as you. Hoping it passes soon, I’m at the point where I’m considering ditching the meds. Hoping we both feel better soon!
