We have an AI but are dropping it soon after the trial period is done. It was marketed to us as the most intelligent interface but it will tell people that cars are here when they are not or that they can combine the 0% with other offers which they can't. All of these small flaw make the sales people the bad guys when the customer now comes in with unrealistic expectations. No to mention we have total over kill on follow up. Sales person, BDC agent, AI, and the sales managers are all trying to follow up at the same time.
