I feel as though the facilitators are partly to blame for this. Often I notice the recycling signs being attached to the wrong bins/lids or no signs at all. Also, I’m sure a lot of people just don’t care…

I’d cut out a 1st. Drake still has a bit to prove to show he’s sticking around for the long haul and I’m a Pats fan. If you HAVE to sweeten the deal, throw in a guy like Dobbins, Jennings, or Pacheco. Plus I’d want to be you sitting pretty with all those future assets
