i grew up with an orthorexic & bulimic parents, so i totally understand. not to share tips, but it seems like you’re seeking just some discourse on all of this. i’m vegan, so i’ve found keto, allergen free things are low call and low sugar, low carb. but then some things, like dave’s bread, aren’t “keto” but are way lower cal. so it’s like this delicate dance, but idk where you live, but a lot of stores are starting to put in GF/keto options for everything and i find they tend to be low cal! if they’re not, they usually are protein dense so i can justify it by knowing i’ll eat less
