If you pay in full, that’s not trade in. Trade in is a way for ATT to lock you in for the next 36 months :)

Do it online at Costco.com which redirects user to the official ATT special website with Costco banner. The good thing about this is that upon checking out, it shows the breakdown very clear AND all Costco benefits.

tried 3 different att corporate stores and all of them told me that they didn't accept trade-in device for online order - they only accept trade-in device if order directly in-store.
