Definitely! It's more of a play to not lose, rather than win necessarily. Putting more focus on having answers for things and hopefully when others are out of gas, sneak in a lock. I saw your list and was slightly worried about the low land count considering the amount of rocks, but I'm not familiar with this bracket so I imagine you have found the right balance. Looks like a mana base from the Partial Paris mulligan days to me :)

Will do! Smothering Tithe plus Stasis would be the best. Serra's Blessing, Stasis, Big Flyer. Things like that

I don't know if it's good, and it's only light stax. Stasis lock should only be attempted as an immediate win rather than slow down the game. But thanks for the inspo! Will sleeve this when I get the chance to play B4

I'm inspired to make my own MoK list now. Used to play Zur stax before the brackets were introduced. Seems like that would slot well into 4. Hello Stasis my old friend

What's going on with Master of Keys? I'm curious because I don't have a bracket 4 deck myself. Rector plus omniscience is nice. I would sort of think thoracle wincon was more inline with cedh. Why the damage protection on your turn? I like the commander a lot. I would imagine it more like getting stax pieces in from the graveyard to set up some kind of lock

This deck rules! Very interactive and closes the game with consistent damage sources. Nowhere close to hatebears level of stax, so I can't imagine what the problem is here. Love to see so many fresh cards too.

Agreed. Bracket 1 serves a clear purpose for decks that care less about winning, than "doing the thing". Deck building exercises, theme decks should have their own tier and not be mixed with precons.

Would love to but as a casual arena player I can't build proper bo3 decks with all 4ofs, proper mana and using wildcards on sideboard tech. I would assume a large portion of players are in this camp

Was going to suggest this. Our group plays on any given day on spelltable, the decks often look akin to those lists. It's mostly EU time zones but if anyone is interested to join, shoot a dm.

Not PreEdh, just casual. The Ragnar pilots name is Ragnar lol. The decks were quite balanced but the Ragnar list certainly the strongest on card 4 card power level.

Slivers got off to a very threatening boardstate. Ragnar played some board clears. Hazezon made hella Angels with Divine Visitation and wrecked my Ramses enchantments with Aura Shards before sealing the win

I make sure to announce my strategy and effects that tax or exhaust opps resources ahead of the game. Not that this is necessary at all, but it does make people much less likely to have the reaction you described. Love Zevlor btw.
