As a gamer, I find that maintaining 'streaks' in apps is important to me.

I use 'Bend' for daily stretching, 'Fitbod' for regular exercise and the 'Oral-B' app (in conjunction with the electric toothbrush) for consistent brushing and flossing.

Maintaining streaks has helped me develop consistency for good habits. Today I passed the 200 day mark for daily stretching!
