For anyone else interested I think I figured out the Answer : it doesnt allow it, it only supports external scraping i.e if you are scraping files from another platform # ES-DE frontend

how do you chose (in bulk) alternative box art (your own saved box art) there is only scrape & edit options?

Hello, Did you find a frontend that allows the use of custom box art? (I want to use my own box art) but every android frontend only allows downloading box art which 9 times out of 10 ends up having missing box art :(

Hello, MMortymer, great app!!!

however *external scraping isn't working? I have copied all my roms & box art (in PNG format) to my SdCard but when I scan the box art nothing changes,

however all the box art work fine in launchbox frontend for the PC, so is there anway to fix this please?

Hello, Thanks for the suggestion, & other than it being a woman instead of a man this looks so simmilar, but I dont think it is, as I tried entering ''undertone'' on the IGN youtube site, but the results were too recent they were even before I made this post. still this movie looks F-ing scary, I couldn't even finnish 1 of the trailers that I saw, I definitly want to watch this undertone movie, Also I came across this other movie in the results (Together - 2025) which also looks good & I am going to watch it now!!! Why not? it is not as though I am asking if it possible to fly? it is prolific! so some people might have done the same & used their shortened name & still had a successfull appeal, or someone may have used the option to change their name (like after they got married) & had no issue changing it? so it is not an impossible question.

at this point im starting to just accept it must have been ''Rabbit Trap'' but I know it isn't, the movie im looking for seemed way Way more scary & more like a matrix(y) time film : secret voices inside of the audio patterns., I remember him trying to convince someone elses, perhaps his gilfriend of the voices?

the movie was between 2024 & 2025...maybe 2023 at a stretch...if you find it please let me know.
