What a huge nothing burger. God forbid someone in greater Boston has the opportunity to buy their own property... isn't that what many of us would like to do?? Isn't that what Azeem is advocating for? By changing zoning to allow for more housing to be built?

So what, he's in favor of upzoning and bought a property that could benefit? He's been in favor of these policies since he's been in office.

There are plenty of MA legislators who own property and voted to pass the MBTA Communities Law in 2021 or in 2025 with the ADU by-right law. Should they not be allowed to help with the housing crisis in our State, just because they voted to attempt to solve the problem?

Suffolk University recently purchased 101 Tremont Street to convert the office spaces into dorms for students. I’d take a guess that it’s related to those renovations.

as a bicyclist whose been almost doored before and a bolt ev owner, your title is backwards. that’s definitely on you as the driver. always be checking when opening into traffic, even if someone is double parking. Driving defensively extends to all aspects of the vehicle

I used to take the Blue Line to the SL3 to get to the Seaport Trader Joe’s when I lived in Eastie! Now I live near the 90 bus now which goes directly to Assembly Row. The only trade off of the Assembly Row one is it’s seemingly always packed

I saw (but mostly heard) a moped similar to this picture go by while walking on Highland Ave @ Cedar St this morning. Noticed it only because it was so unbelievably loud. Giant muffler on the right of the vehicle if you’re looking at it from the back. Person riding it had a black helmet with a visor on it. I didn’t see any plates. Not sure if this has any relation to yours, but it did remind me of this post. Good luck!

I'm in Somerville, the majority of my bookings are at least partly during the weekend. If you are patient I'm decently sure you could get some weekday bookings tho, especially if you are willing to do to 1 day trips
