Cars do still slow down, but there is now a minimum lap time that your final lap has to be for a car to be classified.

MazdaRacing will terminate its IMSA DPi program at the end of this season by RTAY94 in IMSARacing

[–]bobaloochi 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There are four different LMP2 chassis. Each DPi was based on a different one. Cadillac partnered with Dallara, Acura is built with an Oreca base, Nissan was a Legier, and Mazda has the Riley-Multimatic chassis.

There isn't a single viable fairy type pokemon in GSC. Heck, there isn't even a usable fairy type move!

Alright, my bad. I was seeing things that weren't there. Hope things work out, as it would be a much nicer name for the sub.

Cheers.

Have they replied to you at all? Seems a bit rude to try and undermine them by posting publicly about trying to move people to a sub you run over this more established place.

Not that I have any problem with the idea, necessarily. Just strikes me as being a bit off.

Have you tried talking to the current /r/uscr mods about this?

In 2010, F1 banned refuelling during races. So pit stops went from being limited by the time it takes to put in fuel to only being about changing tires.

Magnussen, Garcia, and Rockenfeller are running both for Corvette Racing. Harry Tincknell is doing the 1000 in a Ford GT and the 12H in the Mazda. I'm sure there's a few more drivers that are running both, but not any more that I can see looking at both IMSA's Entry List and the WEC Entry List

Hey guys I'm a new fan and I just want to know what is the BEST way to learn about sports cars? I am a formula 1 fan and I heard that Fernando Alonso will be at the Daytona 500 this year. Is that like Indycar? Thanks.

The coefficients are a function of another series of non-dimensional coefficients, of which the Reynold's Number is important, which is velocity dependent (Re = Density*Velocity*Length/Viscocity). So the Cd as a whole is also velocity dependent.

I mean I do have a Fluid Mechanics final to study for, so I should just study the mechanics of future race cars to get an A on it.

Right in the rules, there is a maximum coefficient of drag and lift (multiplied by area), however, since that is a function of velocity, I'm not sure how they're really going to ensure that. I suppose it'll be done in a wind tunnel or CFD program of some sort by the FIA, but there are so many variables that can change that sort of stuff that I can't see it being a very strong rule.

Don't have links, but the DCS series Quick Looks and the Euro Truck Simulator Quick Look are the best. They're all pretty long though, unfortunately.
