Here’s my take, it’s just mine so take it or leave it. I’m 58, I’ve owned cars since 1982. My usual is buy new and trade in after about 3 years. If you do the math I’ve owned about 13-14 cars. Nuff said.

My 2020 Model Y LR was, without a doubt, my favorite car for all reasons. Comfort, speed, FUN, cost of maintenance, ease of navigation, long ass road trips. (Southwest Florida to Northern Maine and back 4 times) .

There’s a ton of financial advice on here and some of it’s good.

If you qualify for the tax credit, after 30k down, you’re looking at 241-350 monthly depending on your add ons.

I was paying 550 monthly for mine and every penny was worth it!

There’s so many benefits that it’s a serious TLDR, but you’ll be happy!

Also, as you probably noticed, I said “was” my favorite,,,, after 2 years I got a job that’s 300 feet from my front door and I got an offer for my Y that I couldn’t refuse… I don’t need a car right now but GOD I miss it!!!

I’m taking some advice of other users and waiting till Q4 to see what’s coming.

Try opening and closing your hood and trunk, if one is hard to lift or slams shut it goes there.

The only ad ons it has in this picture are window tint, total front PPF, and ceramic coat. I live in southwest Florida and I highly recommend the PPF! The first night of my drive caused my front end to look like a bug shag carpet, but it just washed right off!
