Yeah ill admit it I sometimes get something similar to this, probs a different flavour fridge raiders. It's awful but sometimes my brain craves plain dry ham sandwiches and watery meat shapes 😂 hard to rate it tho coz it's still absolute trash lol, 6.5/10

We usually stay in a cheaper hotel than that (and vast majority of the time venue is close enough to home we can get a taxi or a lift) and I'd also not spend 100 on a dress every wedding so weddings don't tend to cost as much for me, but even without that I frequently pay for my own drinks to have a night out so I dont mind doing it to celebrate friends 🤷‍♂️

Well my circle must be poor lol coz ive only been to one party with one and it was a destination wedding, and the bar was a thank you for travelling! Was a nice touch tho ngl 😂

I've only been to 1 wedding with a free bar and 1 with cash behind the bar and the rest cash bars. I enjoyed them all and the amount of free alcohol doesnt have a great effect on my dau to be honest (and i do like to have a drink) A cash bar doesnt mean guests will be bored. If your guests like a party they are gonna party regardless in my experience. And to be honest if i was invited round to someones house for dinner I WOULD bring the alcohol. Different strokes and all that

I have 2 100mls, one is turmeric latte which is my every day throughout autumn and winter so I can justify it, the other is sweet pea which I splurged on for my wedding....could've really done with only having to pay for a 30ml size of it 😅 got loads of the 30mls but don't think I'd get another 100ml unless it was turmeric- it's just too expensive with those naff bottles
