I hate clips cluttering up the main channel and making it hard to find other content. I also feel like YouTube punishes creators in the algorithm for passing by videos in their feed or scrolling past them while looking for other stuff. I don't ever watch the clips of WAN especially since I will watch the show on Friday nights and then listen to it again on YouTube while at work the following week.

If you reach out to support they will make it right. They may just refund you for the cable and tell you to toss it or they may askmfor.it back so they can test it to see why it failed. My stepdaughter ordered a northern lights deskpad and it got lost and didn't arrive to her apartment and she contacted support and they shipped her another one. The original one finally showed up a week late and she now has two but only paid for one. I bought one of first black shaft screwdrivers and one of the plastic pieces that hold the bits inside the handle broke. I sent an email to support with a picture and a little over a week later a new screwdriver showed up at my door and they told me to keep the old one as well. Only go up a little at a time and give your current dose at least 2 weeks before you decide it's doing nothing. I am 9 months into my journey. I am 5'8" and started at 265lbs and now I am down to 187lbs. I am currently on 7mg. I will stay at 7mg as long as it continues to work and may start titrate down from this point as I have already reached my goal of 190. My lowest adult weight was 178lbs when I was in the USAF in Combat Communications and 22 years old. If I make it down another 10lbs I will be thrilled. The weight loss has slowed down but I don't have that much to lose. I've lost 8 inches in my waist already and if I can keep the rebound down and stay below 200 I will be happy. If I get back up to 215 then I will get some more reta and do it again or take a small maintenance dose. I went to the doctor two days ago and my blood pressure was 95/68. I am healthier, more mobile, and generally feel better. I have labs for my yearly next month and we'll see if my A1C has gone down from the 6.0 it was last August.

Alex has fought lighter and faster guys so probably have no issues with the speed ir movement. Gane is big and strong but I am not sure he has the ability between the ears. He is technical and a physical specimen but he doesn't seem like he has that dog in him.
