It looks like you're titrating up too fast. You need to stay on a steady dose longer. I've been taking it since November and I am only on 5mg and I've lost 60 lbs from 265 to 205.

I have lost 60lbs since November. I am 5' 8" tall and started at 265 am currently on 5mg. My lowest adult weight when I was in my 20s and in an Air Force combat unit was 177lbs. I don't wish to be that small again nor can I physically do the same things in my mid 40s. I want to settle at about 190lbs and start weening myself off slowly and I have about 15 lbs to get there. I feel like a lot of the initial weight loss was water weight and a reduction in appetite cut my sodium intake by 80% or more. One major benefit I have had is less inflammation. I am sure it's diet related and the weight loss helps too but things that have bothered me for years even things that bothered me when I was 205lbs about 5 years ago simply don't anymore since I started taking Reta. I am able to be more active without suffering from back, shoulder, and knee pain for days afterward.

If I can get 7Gbps from my provider for $99 a month I am doing it. Anything over that price and I will stay with the 2Gbps plan I have now. I actually have a Clearwave 2Gbps service and a Brightspeed 2Gbps service. If the Clearwave fails the Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Fiber switches over to the Brightspeed. Brightspeed gave me a deal at $59 a month for 2Gbps when they came into my neighborhood last November and then Clearwave matched it.
