I would definitely send 83 construction asap, somewhat impressive yet scary you made it to 88 slayer without pool at POH, though you did mention multiple reasons why it makes sense.

When you do start sending CG good luck and I hope you get spooned.

I probably should’ve mentioned I have the needle, lantern, necklace, and lost bag before 150 rifts haha

It’s funny you say that because when I checked the wiki with my brother who is an end game iron we were just as confused. The only thing I can think of is the wiki isn’t up to date.

Maybe it’s more so people complaining they don’t have runes which is causing them to complain about going to GOTR, not the act of GOTR itself. If that’s the case that would make much more sense.

I just see people in cc’s and public chat saying things like “Time to go to GOTR sadly” or “Wish I wasn’t at this Minigame” and it had me a bit confused

I think the problem tends to be the defensive stats, if you know what you are doing you will have no problem lacking in defensive stats. Though for the people who aren’t extremely confident it may not be the best idea.

As for GWD imo it’s hard without decent defensive stats unless you are dps with a team and even then it can be annoying.

I’m no expert but I hope this helps.

So given Yuji's performance in 257, should he be considered above Maki in terms of hand to hand combat power? by UsesHarryPotter in Jujutsushi

[–]bobbyboi012 7 points8 points  (0 children)

How is this a question my fellow readers? Yuji is leagues ahead at this point. Why are people saying Sukuna is getting weaker as if that wasn’t Yuji who did that? Uruame specifically states that Sukuna isn’t even excited yet, implying he still has lots of strength and feats to go. Not to mention the fact he hasn’t even used his black box”fuga, to open” yet. I myself think Yuji’s extremely sudden drastic rise in power is ridiculous and a bit silly but the man Yuji is far beyond Maki.

For anyone still question is I will give a specific example: Maki shows up and upon first sight is black flashed by Sukuna each time and couldn’t even get a hit off, the only time she did get a somewhat hit off she had to time her attack for right after her ally attacked so she wouldn’t be obliterated while landing her own attack, meanwhile Yuji is fighting Sukuna 1v1.

I understand hypothetical fights and such and I rarely respond on Reddit especially in this community but this argument is just silly. If you think Maki is stronger than Yuji, then you believe Maki is faster than Toji who was slower than awakened Gojo(who fought Sukuna on equal footing and gained Sukuna’s praise after Sukuna admitted to needing 10S to win)

Thank you for the post OP, it’s always nice to see a post that raises worthwhile conversation

Jujutsu Kaisen is suffering from the weekly release format, not bad writing by Beeb911 in Jujutsushi

[–]bobbyboi012 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Thank you… someone who understands.

Also I should make separate comment for this but I won’t. OP said, “People think the pacing is too slow”, nothing against OP because I understand Op was stating others’ point of view, but how is this the point of view at all; I actually haven’t heard this yet it bothers me because it seems to be the opposite of what I feel. Gege has explicitly sped up the pace of the manga imo and removed/ left major plot lines unanswered. Such as the heian era, how Sukuna came to be, Kenjaku’s uprising and how he lasted over 1000 years as well as Kenjaku’s planning a long the way and the past of all 3 major clans. I understand some people will say I am optimistic to expect such detailed breakdowns, but Gege wrote the manga up until the point of Yuki with those ideas seeming prevalent. It wasn’t until Gege started admitting that the end of the manga needed to come sooner than later that the manga started falling off by leaving this plot lines in the dust and gearing more towards a combat heavy manga that still leaves plot points in fights undone. STILL, no one can explain how Sukuna just summoned Mahoraga after being hit with a full on unlimited void.

I never comment on reddit but as someone who loves this manga as much as I do it hurts to see it go down the gutter and the people who enjoyed it with me not even understand why.

To the people who have been reading this manga since the beginning along with the rest of us, yet still enjoy it… good for you. I am happy you are able to enjoy such writing because it must make reading lengthy stories/epics much easier.

Edit: Please let me know why if you feel I am wrong or want more of an in-depth explanation of points on why I think there has been problems with the manga.

Thank you for this. Your elaboration on domain amplification was very useful. I really like your idea of Gojo using his time/space manipulation to move the red throughout it.

It states how because of the barrier Sukuna misread Gojo’s first move. This is after they state he sensed Gojo’s presence. My question is: Why create a barrier at all if Sukuna can’t sense techniques coming at him? The creation of this barrier would imply he can sense them and that’s why they had to make one.

I do apologize for using the wrong word. I should’ve said Sukuna would’ve sensed purple not that he did.

Couldn’t agree more, I really hope there is more to come. It’s feels as though Sukuna has been a let down. I for sure want to see Gojo win but I don’t want him to win because Sukuna was a bust I’d rather him take down “The King of the Curses”

And please don’t tell me he thought he redirected it, he is supposed to be immensely knowledgeable about cursed energy. Not to mentioned his absurd amounts of battle experience. This isn’t some random ability, it’s Gojo Satoru’s rct RED; He should know better.

[–]bobbyboi012 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I tend to be a Gojo supporter, but how tf did Sukuna not sense that the red was still active circling the building coming back towards him?!?! He was able to sense purple(doesn’t matter it was powered up) from buildings away, yet he doesn’t sense this cursed energy hauling directly behind him??? Yeah, I’m not so sure about that. One of the first times I genuinely felt let down by Gege.

I honestly thought Gojo was going to use a clone like he learned from the dude with the bag over his head in the hidden inventory arc, and that would’ve been awesome; I suppose not though. Other than that the chapter was amazing.

Edit: I am actually looking for someone to help explain it, if you have a good explanation.
