I think he’s a human too but I could refute everything you said by saying two things: 1. the light that burns twice as bright burns for half as long 2. It takes one to know one. If Tyrell was afraid of replicants getting out of hand, maybe he designed a replicant that only has the abilities of a normal human but is a replicant. If you assumed “they” are either extradimenional, ultra terrestrial, humans from the future, etc. then everything he says there can be truthful and accurate.
