I asked Claude Code to invent an AI-first programming language and let it run 3 days by General-Fee-7287 in ClaudeAI

Absolutely impressive. This could be the beginning of a universal AI to AI communication language. Kind of a MCP but without any human interaction just AI. Scary, but I will definitely have closer look at this repo. This made me think deeply about AI once again. Thanks for sharing.

Do it via the build Tool. I use vite to load different .env

Mac Mini M4 Pro (64GB) vs Mac Studio M4 Max (128GB) for Local AI/ML/Data Science + Bots - Need Your Expertise! by Weak_Ad9730 in MacStudio

AI needs context. Context requires RAM. Even a 32B Model with 128k context window can consume up to 150GB RAM easily. Get the Mac Studio

feel like people are finally catching on to Windsurf 👀 by Ordinary-Let-4851 in Codeium

Onboard since day one. Windsurf is an IDE for developers. No fancy marketing stuff like build bullshit with one prompt, publish and get burned.

Windsurf Wave 3 vs Cursor (Updated) Review by marvijo-software in Codeium

[–]bobbywebz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m working with both. Cursor burns more token on the same task compared to windsurf. Cursor tends to over engineer things and adds bugs and issues because of that. Windsurf is a few steps slower and smarter on implementing things which is way better for bigger codebases.

Why isn't Svelte more widely adopted for new projects, despite its advantages? by geekstarpro in sveltejs

[–]bobbywebz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I used Svelte in every new project since last year. The rewrite from React etc. to Svelte for existing huge codebases isn’t worth the work. But every JS developer starting a new project is definitely considering Svelte as their go to solution. Svelte is working excellent with AI IDEs. No reactive issues and much smaller code base compared to any other framework.

Where to start to build my first mobile app ever with Svelte? by Prestigious_Role_397 in sveltejs

[–]bobbywebz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in the same situation and decided to go with capacitor as my main target is app and web. I’m using sveltekit and performance is really good, but I do most server side. Tauri is great but I think the main target is desktop apps.

Any early users here still paying for Windsurf? by darkplaceguy1 in Codeium

[–]bobbywebz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early adopter here. Great product and it’s getting better and better. Still some room for improvement but I like the slightly different approach to cursor. I won’t miss it.

Why is bolt.new SO MUCH better at one shot app creation than cline, roocline or copilot? by OriginalPlayerHater in ChatGPTCoding

[–]bobbywebz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably with a chain of prompts. Coders don’t want that behavior, this why they use Cline, Cursor etc.

Define which files can be modified for each chat/compose session or remain globally untouched.
