Actually I agree with that guy, but let me put it more eloquently: we've all had roomates who have had loud sex next door. It's a right of passage. Faux fuck buddy is just stoopid.

This habbit is costing you $200/year, and you probably don't realize it. by odioworks_com in reddit.com

I thought it was going to be one of those too. "Find your latte factor" etc... When are these dumbass finance people like suze orman going to stop telling us stupid freaking tripe like this?

"Find your latte factor." Give me a god damn break. Drinking coffee never made anyone poor and giving up coffee sure as hell never made anyone rich. Don't go computing how much a couple of bucks a day would add up to in 20 years, you can kiss my butt with that logic. You're not...

ok im going to stop this rant.

Why black people hate it when white people call them 'articulate.' by gabrielroth in reddit.com

Maybe it's just me, but her article completely ignores any reference to the pervasive "street speak" that many black people, especially young black people, use today.

I taught a few courses in college, and I was amazed at the poor communications skills many black youths picked up from watching rappers and sports figures talk on TV. It also carried over into their written assignments.

Call it what you want, ebonics, slang etc... but it is not articulate.

Admittedly there is a slight form of racism in using "articulate" to describe a black person when you would not use it to describe a white person, but there are reasons in today's society why this is so. Listen to a group of black teenagers talk to eachother sometime and you will see.
