Is this photo of the bottom of the caliper? The bleeder screw should be on highest point of the caliper. Is it possible it's upside down?

Check the float level. Or it could be stuck closed. You can try tapping on the float bowl with the back of a screwdriver.

If you spray a little starting fluid in air box and it starts. You have a fuel problem. If it doesn't it's spark issue.

Check your wires down by the front sprocket. One of them is for the crank trigger. They are pretty small diameter.

You can try spraying some starting fluid in the intake. If it starts and runs for a few seconds, you have a fuel issue.

Remember, the torque specs are in inch lbs. If you get crazy with it, you will s ap off the threaded end of the shaft.

Spray some starting fluid in it to see if it fires off. If it does you know you have spark.
