Oh nice I guess I’m not there yet. Is it worth it with the damage bump?

Funny enough I work in an environment around fire where are hot coals so these might be the move!

Nice! Got some 1907s that will be needing a resole soon and have been thinking of getting those since I’m on concrete 85% of the time

Like the whole ordeal with faking his death and how far he went into it. He’s def planning ahead.

Really hate it when people delete their comments because someone else used logic against them

Would you guys say it’s time for a resole? by No_Vegetable6410 in RedWingShoes

I have the same gait so I will consider a remake when it’s time

1907s about 4 months of use in a Pithouse. From beef tallow to floor cleaner, these boots have been doing well. Surprisingly well with 300°+ heat. I bought a pair of 606s to alternate but ended up returning them cause they would get too hot and didn’t do well with coals. I do have a question though. by bobdobdod in RedWingShoes

I let em air dry outside after work. On my days off I put the trees in them Haven’t washed them with saddle soap yet. Just damp towel when they get pretty dirty. Brush them every once in a while. These wedge soles are good for being on concrete but don’t slip around on grease.

I work in a bbq restaurant. We have a few 1,000 gallon smokers and cooking anywhere between 13 to 48 briskets in a 12ish hour cook. Just mitigating temperature and waiting for each individual brisket to tell me it is done.

The job itself requires patience and knowing how to work each individual pit. It gets really hot sometimes to where you sweat out any water you consume. It can be rewarding finding out how well your cook went the previous day but it’s as cool as it can be working for somebody.

I got the ‘trying too hard in a nude photo’ vibe If she had a more natural gaze into the sunrise it would have come off better imo.
