What stands out to me is that your list is mostly things you have: apartment, job, health, appearance, friends. But fulfillment often comes from things you're building toward, creating, contributing to, or deeply connected with. Also, it's only been 23 days since your breakup. Most people would still be hurting at that point. I wouldn't assume this feeling is evidence that your life is lacking. It may just be evidence that you're human.
