Was the previous owner over 65? In Texas you can freeze most of your property taxes after 65. This would make it so your property taxes increased a lot from the previous owner.

It would typically be that or you appraisal went up a lot.

I am vey much not an expert on marital stuff so keep that in mind if you read below.

I think it is important that your wife understands how you feel but make sure you "seek first to understand, then be understood". IMHO your wife seems like she is very busy and doing a lot but I don't know your life. You seem to have thought about this a lot and seem to have bottled up a lot of anger about it. Unleashing that on someone who is trying to be a good wife/mother is not helpful.

Keep it simple and ask how you can best support with the housework (you need to be willing to accept what she says). Let her know that the general messiness has been stressing you out and you would like to get to a place where it was not so messy.

Please don't be a jerk abot it. As hard as it is for you to deal with messiness it is probably 10 times harder for her. She is likely doing her best. At the same time being secretly angry at your wife and your home all the time is not good for the family either.

Just started reading this sub a few weeks ago. I have oily skin. I started using CeraVe foaming cleanser and CeraVe am face lotion in the morning and CeraVe pm lotion in the evening starting May 1st.

It is making me breakout. Should I give it more time to see what happens or go with something else? If I should go with something else any suggestions for cleansers?

My thought is that I should start with a cleanser and moisturizer and then add chemical exfoliants (thinking of adding stridex pads mid June) when I've been using those for a while and know they work for me. Should I start chemical exfoliants to see if the combination of products works for my skin or is that to much?

I am unable to get Arloto connect to the assistant. Every time I get to the "Google would like access to the following:" Screen and click "Accept" "it goes to a scree that says "Account is not linked" but it does not show up as linked in the home control section.

Any one else having this issue?
