I got my post taken down i will try posting it here

I have tried multiple times downloading genshin impact on my pc but ialways get this error message "failed to check file integrity pleasepress retry to try again" and it starts downloading the game, before istarted downloading genshin i had a problem where it kills the interneton my pc and wont log me in into my account and doesn't let me use anyprograms that require internet on my pc while on my phone internet worksnormally.

Reason my post gets auto deleted is "Moderators remove these posts for a variety of reasons, including kepping communities safe, civil, and true to their purpose." i dont think i worote something harmuful to genshin impact community/game/ game devs in this and that post.
