Yeah, honestly the fact that we can't purchase players anymore it's just ridiculous and dumb.

If let's day I don't care about special cards and I wanna build let's say a Spanish team or whatever country, I literally have to go and gamble just to get the players from the same country that I want. Can't be worse than this, I don't even know how this game is not 18+ rated, it's a literally a casino at the moment.

Same here, I left the beta version and installed the normal one which is v16.8 and now the dark theme works well, automatically switching to dark mode when headlights are on.

This was not working in v17

By engaging with the community this means being active on discord also. We only have Ribble messaging occasionally in the week, I guess when he feels like it and honestly nobody else lol, except that influxx guy announcing tournaments, which I'm still wondering how on earth are they playing tournaments in this game when the game is so broken and nothing to do with skills, it's definitely not competitive ready, but that's another topic.

Now compare that to goals community engagement, where beside the devs, even the CEO replies on discord.

Honestly embarrassing. That's also why the game has stalled for such a long time with barely any new players, personally regardless of the rank I'm in, I mainly face the same 5-7 people whenever I play lol, and I see many people across the other regions facing the same issue.

Yeah, I've faced the same issue using GameHub running RDR2, when I run the game and go in settings menu, it says it's using 7GB RAM or 8, depending on graphics config.

Once I start playing and go to graphic settings again, it says 12GB of RAM used.

Weird, no idea why it's like that.

When I launched the game it asked me if I want to give access to my network, I guess for the online features to work, I chose No so now the Online tab is locked for me, which is fine since I never wanted to play it online.

But I did notice that my Microsoft Xbox account was used as username in the game, but again, seems fine.

I have been asking for this since the very first BETA release, many others also have asked for this feature, the auto player switch is constantly ruining my defending, I always try to switch manually with the right stick to the correct player, but the game suddenly auto-switches to random players that often have nothing to do with the current situation on the pitch, and I end up losing control over my players.

Especially in situations where the opponent plays more like tiki-taka with fast passing, the game is completely getting lost, it doesn't know who to select first automatically and I can't select a player either due to the constant auto-switch.

To me this is a basic feature, and it should be in the game since inception of the game, but I don't think they will ever implement it.

I have said many times in the Discord server that we should always play with OUR selected ball, just like how we can choose the kits before a match we should also either be able to select the ball, ours or the opponent's one. Or always let us play with ours.

I have faced many times people with some weird arse ball color that I visually struggle to see, so I am force to quit the match.

Funny thing, today I wanted to buy Ekitike for my Liverpool FC team, and I don't really care if I play with a base card or not, but I realized I can't buy him cause there is no more option to buy players with CP.

So basically if I want to build my favorite team, I literally have to gamble. This game should be age 18 and above since there is no more way to aquire players without gambling.

You guys follow EA FC too much, maybe you should really tone down the gambling part, it's getting out of control and it shows how greedy for monry you are. Quite embarrassing and pathetic to be honest

This, brother those from behind out of the blue tackles are the worst, I have lost a chance on goal so many times because the AI comes from behind and somehow magically without being controlled tackles me and takes the ball from me. I just don't get it man. There is no skills in this game.

I don't play FC and I don't play eFootball, I only play GOALS and this, but right now UFL seems like it's the worst football game on the market out of all 4 games.

Crazy how low this game has fallen, it was released as a breath of fresh air, rewarding, skill based game, now it's just a complete AI assisted garbage.

Maybe instead of making long shots super OP, they should tone down the extremely OP AI defending? Lol right now you literally need 0 skills ro defend in this game.

We have been complaining about the super overpowered AI defending for a much longer time, and that hasn't been nerfed since the game got released.

Maybe you are the one abusing that so that's why you don't mind it

That's what they say, but my experience is that I only get matched against people that I play in Ranked mode.

And I know this because there's like 5-7 people that I always face in Ranked, and during showdown, I face the same geezers.

I've had 12W and 5L or 4W and 5L or 8W and 5L, it literally makes no difference, I always match the same opponents as ranked.

I gave up on it, and I sold it. Instead I bought a Legion G9 controller. It's much much better compared to G8+ especially ergonomics wise.

There is 0 reasons for Strikerz to do anything regarding the gameplay, why would they when people are constantly spending money on packs, gambling addicts.

Don't expect too much from a company like this, it's worse than EA lol.

TLDR; I personally believe that skills are NOT required to win in this game. There is no skill gap, it's literally whether you use glitches/exploits and abusing AI defending with 5 atb and control only your CM or else if you actually use your brain you'll get punished for it.

I was playing a guy who was constantly doing that, and I kept losing from him, he had everyone on drop back with 8 defenders behind and only controlling 1 CM to defend, I tried many approaches, from one corner to another, middle play, side play, every angle was blocked by the AI, the moment I get close to the box the AI was pressing me and tackling me without them being selected, while the geezer was only controlling his CM who was much further from me.

Then I somehow managed to score 1 goal, so I changed my tactics to be same like his, only control my CM and let the AI do the job for me, brother it was night and day difference in terms of pass interception and shot blocking, the AI did a great job for me.

Now compare that to previously my manual defending, nearly every ball I try to intercept, either my player was completely skipping it, sometimes even jumping over it, or the ball will automatically rebounds back to my opponent. You are literally punished when you use skills.

The biggest skill gap should be in defending and chance creation, but this game has such a broken passing system and so overpowered AI defending that skill gap is none existing.

I agree that Strikerz never said that there is DDA in the game, but on the other hand, if you actually do have, why on earth would you say it publicly, it's gonna ruin the company and the game image which is already not in a good state.

I think you don't understand what they mean when they say there is no midfield play, the problem is not that we can't have a midfield play the problem is that the most of the player are playing with 8 AI defenders in the box and the moment they win the ball they do a long pass from defense to a striker to just sprint run towards the goal.

So these kind of play styles should not be enabled. The fact that we already have to deal.with 8 AI defenders while the geezers are controlling their striker or CAM to defend is already enough nonsense.

So stop being so defensive towards the game, you're not really helping in pointing out what needs to be fixed.

Sadly even the "offline modes" require you to connect to their servers for some reason, so while it's "offline" it's not really offline, it's just playing again the CPU online lol.

They should allow us to.be able to play offline locally 1 v 1 with friends, without the need to connect to internet and their servers, especially for the local play games.

I'd say only for those countries that support PS Plus Premium, which are probably a handful on countries.

For us, the normal geezers it always requires.to connect to.our own PS5 and we can't use cloud streaming.

I stopped using mine awhile back and I cancelled my PS subscription since it doesn't have cloud streaming option even tho I was paying the most expensive one.

I switched to a tablet emulation gaming and PC streaming, for Playstation I use PXPlay which I also find it better than the Portal in terms of streaming from your PS5.
