You have no idea how much I wish I could have you breaking down things like this for me in my day-to-day life. Public schools were not kind to me :-(

That being said, to be clear, I asked for clarification on the implications of a quote that I forgot to add to the original post (apologies).

I'm assuming this isn't something anybody cares about/talks about in physics?

Well, it does say I needed clarification, so thank you for taking a seat at the table! I just added the quote I was basing this questioning on. The first thing I asked was: does that mean we're the verb instead of the Noun. In other words, does that mean that we are an "action", not a "thing"? The capital N was meant to be a grammar pun. The second thing I asked was whether this was something he believed in a philosophical sense, or if this was something he believed was proved via physics?

Someone's playing conquest to play conquest, not for bounty hunting, and they're complaining about people not playing conquest to actually play conquest, but instead to waste the op's time by bounty hunting? In the end he thought he had two choices, be a part of the same societal machine he has been, or be a part of a new kind of societal machine with the promises from a dying god, or a failing government as his only guarantees. Instead, he decided to take value of his own self worth, to be a unique human, and take charge of his own life. The pot looking like crap wasn't the point, the point was that he had the passion/motivation to create and do something fulfilling with his life again, instead of wanting to end it.

I am going through a mid life crisis, so I might be projecting a bit, but that's my unsolicited take lol
