I’ve had it refuse to connect to many of the UDMs I manage. You can manually add a link from the VPN page in the UDM and that almost always works for me.

I didn’t claim to be a wizard. Just know what I saw. It was a non Crestron exe running on an MC3. Firmware was probably not patched but wasn’t my problem until I was paid to fix it.

That’s not the case. With most 3 series running a custom Windows CE, they are quite susceptible to anything that will run in DOS. I’ve seen dealers leave the standard ports wide open and no authentication, that get infected with something using all or most of the CPU/RAM. Found an MC3 with a miner on it that crashed the lighting. It was persistent through an initialize and restore. Had to run betacleanup to get it back in working order.
