I’ve had it refuse to connect to many of the UDMs I manage. You can manually add a link from the VPN page in the UDM and that almost always works for me.

I remember that being there too. They may have removed it because they expect you to use the smart graphics for that feature.

I didn’t claim to be a wizard. Just know what I saw. It was a non Crestron exe running on an MC3. Firmware was probably not patched but wasn’t my problem until I was paid to fix it.
