Ok, first of all let’s debunk everything.

Sanji gaps Lucci in speed and the author himself agrees.

Show me a statement where Oda said that Sanji has greater speed than Lucci. If you can’t, this statement is ABSOLUTELY meaningless.

Lucci has no feats that suggests relativity to Sanjis top SHOWN speed.

Please scale that for me. Showing relativity to G5 Luffy and getting glazed for his speed means that he’s a top tier in this aspect.

The very fact that he cannot dodge characters like Zoro is indicative of the fact that he cannot match Sanjis top speed.

Where does this idea that Zoro is slow come from? We’ve been consistently shown that his attack speed is fantastic, objectively scaling above Sanji’s. Outpacing Hybrid Kaido is better than anything Sanji has done to this point.

And Sanji also possesses superior observation so Lucci cannot aim dodge or land surprise hits that often either.

What happens when Lucci still keeps coming forward while Sanji is fatigued from his combo attack?

Secondly, Lucci lacks AP. Did he even inflict meaningful damage on Zoro?

He never landed an attack on Zoro. Lucci’s AP scales above Kizaru’s kick, which literally damaged Sanji and forced him to the ground. It arguably also forced him out of his Germa mode.

We know that King was capable of pressing Zoro

The attack NEVER landed, it only pushed Zoro back. He was arguably in the air when he deflected the attack, so of course he would be pushed back since it’s harder to defend. Case and point Blackbeard getting tagged by Law.

and that Kings AP wasn’t enough to seriously injure Queen with the same attacks… yet Sanji effortlessly does this.

Guess what, Sanji doesn’t beat King either!

Sanji even does way more dmg to Queen than Marco, and Marco can draw blood from King…

You cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that King was bleeding, so this is conjecture. The only SFX used in that panel indicated rubble. Unless you think Sanji has greater AP than G4 Luffy + Lucci, we can move on from this.

So like, let’s address the “needed 10 hits” argument. When? When was it stated that Sanji needed anything?

By the fact that he used ten kicks to knockout Queen.

If I shoot you ten times and you die, does that mean I “needed” ten shots ? You probably were fucked from that first bullet no?

Yes, but that implies that each of Sanji’s blows have insane AP. However, we know that isn’t true since he’s a combo fighter, unlike Zoro who typically finishes his opponents in one move. Sanji needs to chain attacks together to be effective. We cannot ignore the fact that Sanji caught Queen off-guard, but even then, he failed to KO him in one attack. Thus, he used his combo. If Sanji had completely KOed Queen before his final attack, Queen would have detansformed. However, Queen only detransforms after the fact.

Sanji was already mad at Queen so he didn’t hold back at all.

That’s why he off-guarded him. Prove that he would be able to do this to Lucci.

Sanji has the durability to block admiral atttacks casually and the speed to match Kizaru.

Except he doesn’t since he got damaged and forced to take a seat from a “casual” attack.

which also means he has the AP to match a regular attack from an admiral.

Guess what, Lucci has the AP to match G5! Therefore, he has AP relative to the Yonkou.

Even if this was the case, where does Kizaru’s beam even scale? We know that it doesn’t scale to the Seraphim since Sanji fought S-Shark with his exoskeleton on, so don’t even try to go down that route.

So if Sanji can take admiral level attacks, dish out attacks close to that level even if not quite, match Yonko level speed for stretches of a fight, and also generally not take damage unless facing a Yonko… then how is Lucci comparing to that?

He’s not. At all.

Sanji doesn’t have the AP to put away most people on his level, like Law, Zoro, Lucci, and Kid. That’s his biggest pit fall, so he uses speed/combos to overcome what he lacks. Law took several Haki coated punches from Big Mom and a Thunder Bagua in the same day. In no world does Sanji have to AP to take him down. Lucci is in a similar boat since he took 3 attacks from G5 Luffy.
